2. Not Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

Raqeb is a property portfolio tracking and data visualization tool. All content, data, calculations, scores, recommendations, and insights provided through the Platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute:

• Financial or investment advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Real estate brokerage services
• Regulated financial services of any kind

You should always consult a licensed financial advisor, legal professional, tax consultant, or RERA-registered real estate agent before making any property, financial, or investment decision. Raqeb is not liable for any decisions you make based on information displayed on this Platform.

3. Data Accuracy

RERA rent index data, market averages, and other third-party data displayed on the Platform are sourced from publicly available indices and sources. This data may be delayed, incomplete, or may not reflect your specific property, location, unit type, or individual circumstances. Raqeb makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided. You are responsible for verifying all information independently before relying on it.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Raqeb reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Data

Property data, financial figures, and other information you input into the Platform remain yours. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. By using the Platform, you grant Raqeb a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform at scale
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raqeb and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
