Raqeb ("we", "us", "our") operates the property portfolio management platform at raqeb.ae. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Property and financial data
Information you enter about your properties (purchase price, rent, costs, lease dates, etc.) is stored and used solely to provide the service to you. We do not share this data with third parties.
Usage data
We collect anonymized analytics about how you use the Platform (pages visited, features used) via PostHog. This helps us improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included in these analytics events beyond what is necessary for session tracking.
Cookies
We use cookies for authentication (to keep you logged in) and for basic analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third-party ad networks.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Platform and its features
- To send you transactional emails (welcome email, lease expiry digests, unsubscribe confirmations)

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and properties (such as lease renewal reminders and digest summaries). You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us. You cannot opt out of critical account emails such as password reset requests.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@raqeb.ae and we will process your request within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing
